The Buccaneers were coming off the bye week and went on the road to take on a 2-4 Washington team. After taking a 24-0 lead, the Bucs ended up allowing a comeback and dropped to 2-4 on the season.

After a long wait on a bye week, it was finally time for Bucs football!

Bucs defense got a 3-and-out on the first drive of the game. The Bucs offense went to work quickly and Mike Evans gave the Redskins a flash back to last year.

And the Bucs tacked on some more points with a Connor Barth field goal.

The defense got another three-and-out. Bucs were driving.

Bucs added on to their lead when Howard Jones recovered a Kirk Cousins fumble and returned it for a touchdown.

Time to get back to the action. Bucs start the second half with the ball but the offense stalls. Ensuing drive for the Redskins leads to a touchdown.

After the Redskins recovered an onside kick, they scored again.

Bucs responded with a long drive that ended in a Connor Barth field goal.
