"It is with the heaviest of hearts that I must announce the passing of my beloved mother, Marie Pamphile at the age of 57.  She was laid to rest on Saturday, August 27th. My mom leaves behind her loving husband, Serge; my three sisters Fabiana, Regine, Maxine; brother, Christopher; her two beautiful granddaughters Lexi and Olivia; and me.

"I want to thank family members and friends, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers organization and my brothers/teammates for the support they have shown over the course of this most difficult time of our lives.   My family would especially like to thank the Baird-Case Funeral Home and the Bethel Evangelical Baptist Church.

"Losing a mom completely disrupts the balance of a household and family.  She was our nucleus.  She was a God-fearing woman.  She was nurturing, extremely supportive and giving to everyone in need. She was a loving and devoted wife and an amazing mother. She is now our angel.

"In loving memory of our mom, we are planning to create a scholarship fund in her honor to benefit youth in Haiti, her birthplace.  To know my mom, you would know that she was a stickler for education and would lend a hand to anyone who wanted to pursue an education to better themselves.  We look forward to carrying on her memory and legacy in our efforts to help benefit others.

"On behalf of the Pamphile Family, I would like to thank everyone for the well wishes and prayers during this difficult time and ask that you allow us this time to grieve her loss privately."
