Throughout his college career, many coaches, scouts and personnel men had spoken about Jameis Winston's leadership and his ability to rally his teammates. Buccaneer fans got a small taste of that just a week after the team drafted Winston in 2015. At the start of that year's rookie mini-camp, Winston arrived at team facilities earlier than required to greet his new teammates as they arrived for their first day of practice. The video can be watched above. The Bucs are scheduled to begin rookie mini-camp on Friday, but Winston, no longer a rookie, will not be participating.
