The Laundry List of Tom Brady's Records and Awards

You don’t play 20 years in the league without rounding up some of the most-sought after accolades along the way.

There's a reason quarterback Tom Brady is oft referred to as 'The GOAT.' Not only does he have a solid case for the crown of 'greatest quarterback of all time,' he also has a substantiated case for 'greatest player of all time,' period. Part of it has to do with his 20-year tenure in the league. You don't last that long in the NFL without picking up some accolades and records along the way.

But it's more than just longevity – Brady has won. Consistently won. He's the only player in the league to boast six world championships. He's 30-11 in playoff appearances. Number 12 led the New England Patriots to 12, 12-win seasons – the most by any quarterback, ever. He's never had a losing season as a starter.

It's safe to say Brady is just built different. Watch his Tom vs. Time documentary on Facebook Watch to see that a lot goes into keeping Brady on the field and performing at a high level two decades later. That attitude provides intangibles to go along with his tangible resume. It gives him the reputation as a leader. It makes people follow him, perhaps more than any award or accolade he's achieved.

But let's take a look back on the facts and stats, anyway, as he takes on a new chapter of his career in signing with the Buccaneers and the hope of bringing a winning culture back to the Bay.
