The experts are predicting that the Buccaneers will select Florida State QB Jameis Winston with the first pick. In ESPN Insider Todd McShay's latest mock draft, he keeps FSU QB Jameis Winston at #1 to the Bucs, but moves Oregon QB Marcus Mariota up to the second spot.
