JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) - Quarterback Josh Freeman is back in the starting lineup for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Freeman missed last week's game against Carolina with an injured throwing shoulder. He had been listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Jacksonville.

Cornerback Aqib Talib and receiver Sammie Stroughter also are inactive for the Buccaneers. E.J. Biggers is staring in place of Talib. Also inactive are quarterback Rudy Carpenter, safety Larry Asante, defensive end Daniel Te' o-Nesheim and offensive tackles Derek Hardman and James Lee.

Safety Dwight Lowery, newly signed receiver Taylor Price, defensive end Matt Roth and running back Deji Karim are inactive for the Jaguars. Rookie Chris Prosinski starts in place of Lowery.

Quarterback Dan LeFevour, cornerback T.J. Heath and center Matt Roth also are inactive for Jacksonville.
