Bucs to Watch on Hard Knocks, Episode 4

A few Buccaneers to keep an eye on tonight when the fourth episode of Hard Knocks airs

On Tuesday, the fourth episode of Hard Knocks is scheduled to air on HBO at 10 p.m. Eastern Time. The show will include the Buccaneers' third preseason game against the Browns and will likely feature a few roster moves made by the team earlier this week. Here are a few Buccaneers to keep an eye on when Hard Knocks hits the air.

1. QB Jameis Winston
Winston put together an excellent training camp and has played well during the preseason. But his performance against the Browns wasn't necessarily his best. Winston helped the Buccaneers drive down the field on their opening drive, but the team was unable to put points on the board after Winston was intercepted at the goal line. It's likely that exchange will be featured on Hard Knocks and it will be interesting to see how Head Coack Dirk Koetter and Quarterbacks Coach Mike Bajakian responded.

  1. RB Jeremy McNichols**
Despite being a draft pick, McNichols isn't guaranteed a roster spot. The Buccaneers' top three running backs – Doug Martin, Jacquizz Rodgers and Charles Sims – are virtual locks to make the 53-man roster, leaving McNichols battling with Peyton Barber and Russell Hansbrough for a spot on the team. McNichols has been featured often on Hard Knocks, so it wouldn't be surprising to see him make another appearance.

3. WR Donteea Dye
Like McNichols, Dye is battling for a roster spot at a deep and competitive position. He has returned kicks in the past, but Bernard Reedy has been handling that responsibilities during preseason and has performed well. The third episode of Hard Knocks ended with a clip of Dye taking in the solar eclipse. His personality combined with his position on the team makes him a prime candidate to be featured on tonight's episode.
