Week 9 hosted a slew of "weird football" and it was absolutely wonderful.

DeAngelo Williams had to take over for an injured Le'Veon Bell in a matchup against the Oakland Raiders and he more than proved himself. The 32-year-old tallied 37.5 FanDuel points for owners, only costing $6,500 which was an absolute steal. His teammate Antonio Brown did just as well. Was only a few percentages of a point behind him scoring 37.1 FanDuel points. Brown sent you to an extra trip to the bank costing you $8,700, but that's because it's Antonino Brown. He had 22 rushing yards, 284 receiving yards, and 17 receptions in the win against Oakland. The two face the Cleveland Browns without Ben Roethlisberger in the pocket, but that won't stop the duo from lighting up FanDuel points. Expect Williams to sky rocket in ownership percentage as well.

A new name that hasn't been fawned over this season is Marcus Mariota. The rookie quarterback tallied 33.34 FanDuel points costing $7,100. He had four passing touchdowns, and 371 passing yards for Tennessee to defeat Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints.

Mike Evans of the Tampa Buccaneers was back in Week 3 fashion. The wide receiver didn't have any touchdowns, but he did go over 100 receiving yards with eight receptions and 19 targets to get him 17.20 FanDuel points. He dropped in price since Week 1 going from $8,300 to $7,500 this week, but he still continues to surprise owners.

We can't forget about Cam Newton's amazing performance either. The two-time Pro Bowler gave you 34.58 FanDuel points putting him as the number one quarterback for FanDuel points in Week 9. He was affordable as well at $7,900. He gave owners three passing touchdowns, 297 passing yards, 57 rushing yards and one rushing touchdown. Even with one interception, he still dominated quarterback performances and redundantly performs at the top of his class. He's averaging 22.5 FanDuel points per game. You can read all the latest in daily fantasy news, updates, and content at FanDuel.com/Insider.
