For the second time in five weeks, Jameis Winston has been nominated for the NFL's Rookie of the Week award.

Winston completed 13 of 19 passes against Jacksonville as the Buccaneers topped the Jaguars, 38-31, at Raymond James Stadium on Sunday. He picked up 209 yards and a touchdown without being intercepted, finishing the game with a passer rating of 122.5.
Also nominated for the award are Green Bay cornerback Quinten Rollins, Seattle running back Thomas Rawles, St. Louis running back Todd Gurley and Arizona running back David Johnson.
Rollins had two interceptions, one of which was returned for a touchdown, in the Packers' victory over Rams while Gurley, on the other side of the ball, ran for 159 yards. Rawles rushed for 169 yards and a touchdown as the Seahawks fell to the Bengals while Johnson scored twice in the Cardinals' win over the Lions.
Winston was nominated, and selected as the winner, for his performance against the Saints in Week 2. If Winston wins the award, it will be the third time a Buccaneer has been selected as the Rookie of the Week this season. Linebacker Kwon Alexander won the award in Week 3.
