Buccaneers Rank No. 1 in Customer Service for 12th Consecutive Year

Team also leads league in overall satisfaction and key experience measures in 2025 Voice of the Fan report

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have once again set the standard for fan experience across the NFL, earning the No. 1 ranking in Customer Service Quality for the 12th consecutive season in the league's 2025 Voice of the Fan report.

In addition to their record-setting customer service performance, the Buccaneers ranked No. 1 in Overall Season Pass Member Satisfaction, Exclusive Benefits, Prestige, Sense of Being Valued, Value Exceeds Price, and Communication. Tampa Bay's customer service score was the league's highest rating in Voice of the Fan history.

"This recognition reflects a sustained organizational commitment to putting our season pass members first," said Buccaneers Chief Operating Officer Brian Ford. "Earning the top customer service ranking for 12 consecutive years – and achieving the league's highest score ever – speaks to the consistency, dedication, and care our team brings to the fan experience every day."

The NFL's Voice of the Fan study evaluates the in-game and year-round experience based on feedback from thousands of season ticket members and game attendees across all 32 clubs.

"This recognition reflects the trust our season pass members place in us and reinforces our commitment to delivering an experience that consistently exceeds their expectations."
