We're just one week into the 2016 season, but Jameis Winston is already up for an award after a dominant performance against the Falcons in Week 1. Winston is one of three quarterbacks nominated for the FedEx Air Player of the Week award.
Winston completed 23 of 33 passes for 281 yards and four touchdowns as the Buccaneers topped Atlanta, 31-24, in Week 1. He finished with a passer rating of 122.6, which was the third-highest of any quarterback in the league.
Also nominated for the Air Player of the Week award are New Orleans quarterback Drew Brees and Detroit quarterback Matthew Stafford. Brees completed 28 of 42 passes for 423 yards and four touchdowns but New Orleans fell, 35-34, to the Raiders. Stafford went 31-for-39 with 340 yards and three scores as the Lions beat the Colts, 35-31.
