July 29, 1995 and August 3, 2013…two dates united by their significance to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers but unlike any others in franchise history.

On Saturday, August 3, all-time Buccaneer great Warren Sapp will be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2013 during a ceremony in Canton, Ohio.  He will don the traditional gold jacket, get his bronze bust in the Hall and become part of a Buccaneer fraternity of two (so far) to receive the ultimate honor in the game of football.  Eighteen years ago, nearly to the day, Lee Roy Selmon became the first player inducted into the Hall of Fame who spent all or the majority of his NFL career as a Buccaneer.

Sapp will take his spot next to Selmon on Saturday and, a betting man would say, will thoroughly entertain the crowd with his acceptance speech.  And Buccaneers.com will be there, providing access for Buccaneer fans everywhere.

While Greg Schiano and the current Buccaneers squad head into the second half of their 2013 training camp with another valuable day of practice, the Buccaneers.com crew will be in Canton, chronicling this momentous day in franchise history.  First, Tampa Bay fans will be taken inside the Hall to see examples of where their favorite team has intersected with the important moments in the history of the NFL.  As the day unfolds, Buccaneers.com will talk to Warren Sapp's teammates, friends and family to share the emotions of this one-of-a-kind event, via live stream, with Buccaneer fans.

And, of course, on Saturday evening the induction ceremony will take center stage, literally.  Visit Buccaneers.com throughout the afternoon and evening on Saturday for front-row coverage of one of the milestone moments in franchise history.
