2025 HIGHLIGHTS:

Appeared on special teams and in a reserve capacity on defense in the Week 1 victory over Atlanta. Played 16 defensive snaps and 11 special teams snaps.

In the Week 2 victory at Houston, appeared on special teams and in a reserve capacity on defense. Played 8 defensive snaps and 9 special teams snaps.

Played 15 defensive snaps in the Week 3 win over the New York Jets, logging one tackle. Also appeared on 13 special teams snaps and recorded one special teams tackle.

In Week 4 against Philadelphia, played 18-of-57 defensive snaps and recorded two tackles (one for loss). It marked his second career tackle for loss.

Played 18-of-58 defensive snaps in Week 14 vs. New Orleans, contributing a then-season-high tying three tackles (one for loss), one quarterback hit and 1.0 sack. The sack marked his first of the season and increased his career total to 2.5.

In Week 15 vs. Atlanta, played 16-of-71 defensive snaps. Per Next Gen Stats, produced four quarterback pressures on 10 pass rush snaps, generating a team-high 40% pressure rate.

Played 13-of-54 defensive snaps in Week 16 at Carolina, recording one tackle for loss. Also added one special teams tackle.

In Week 17 vs. Miami, played 22-of-55 defensive snaps at outside linebacker, recording three tackles (one for loss). Also appeared on special teams, playing 20 snaps and adding one special teams tackle.

Produced three tackles for loss in a four-week span from Weeks 14-17 after totaling two tackles for loss through his first 29 career games played.

Appeared on special teams and in a reserve capacity on defense in the Week 18 win over Carolina, playing 11 defensive snaps and 17 special teams snaps.

COLLEGE:

Appeared in 40 career games at the University of Alabama (2020-23), logging 75 tackles (15.5 for loss), 10.5 sacks, four forced fumbles, one pass defensed and one interception (returned for a touchdown).

Received second-team All-SEC recognition as a junior in 2023 after appearing in 14 games and recording 42 tackles, 8.0 sacks, one interception (returned for a touchdown), three forced fumbles and one pass defensed.

In addition to posting career highs in tackles (42), sacks (8.0) and forced fumbles (three) as a junior, Braswell led the SEC in quarterback pressures and forced fumbles.

During his sophomore year in 2022, saw action in 13 games and recorded 20 tackles, 2.5 sacks and one forced fumble.

As a freshman in 2021, played in 13 games and logged 13 tackles.

PERSONAL:

Attended St. Frances Academy (Baltimore, Md.), where he started out as a running back but ultimately moved to playing defensive end.

Participated in the 2024 Reese's Senior Bowl.

Helped his high school to a 34-1 record over his final three seasons.

Recorded 25.0 sacks and six forced fumbles over his junior and senior seasons of high school.

Was named a 2020 Under Armour All-American.

Was the No. 2 weakside defensive end in the 2020 recruiting class, the No. 2 recruit in the state of Maryland, and the No. 19 recruit nationally.
