Brother, Reggie, was an OL grad assistant at Miami for two seasons before moving on to SMU to join former Miami coach Rhett Lashlee.

He was drafted in the third round by Philadelphia in 1998 and played 11 years, earning 4 Pro Bowl nods. Brother, Jeremiah Jr., was a 2-time All-American LB at Clemson and was drafted in the fifth round by Philadelphia in 2024.
