On Thursday, the Buccaneers announced the signing of veteran outside linebacker Al-Quadin Muhammad, adding an edge rusher that is coming off the best season of his career.

In 2025, Muhammad set career-highs in sacks (11.0), tackles for loss (nine) and quarterback hits (20), shining on the Detroit Lions' defensive line. Last season, Muhammad recorded three multi-sack games, including Week Three vs. Baltimore, Week 14 vs. Dallas and Week 17 vs. Minnesota. He was originally a sixth-round selection by the New Orleans Saints in the 2017 NFL Draft and spent the majority of his career with the Indianapolis Colts. During his time in the Motor City, Muhammad blossomed into a sack artist and will look to continue his success in Tampa Bay.

The outside linebacker teams up with former Lions' teammate Alex Anzalone on the Buccaneers as part of their 2026 class.
