The Tampa Bay Buccaneers re-signed guard Dan Feeney on Monday. Last season, the Bucs underwent nine different line starting combinations due to injuries and Feeney became the starter at right guard after being signed off the Bills' practice squad when Cody Mauch was placed on injured reserve.
Feeney had previously started 65 of 120 games played over the previous three seasons and plays light on his feet. He has good awareness of twists/ blitzes and has a well-timed punch. Feeney was set to become a free agent and the Bucs solidified a depth piece for the line. Due to his lateral quickness, Feeney helped elevate the ground game on zone blocks last season and will be back in Tampa Bay in 2026.
