Today, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced that Erin Andrews will return to headline the keynote session of the 2026 She is Football Career Summit, presented by Fifth Third Bank. The keynote session will feature a live podcast recording featuring a special guest to be announced later, as well as conversations with Andrews about her career, business and more.
The live show will serve as the finale for the She is Football Career Summit presented by Fifth Third Bank, slated for Friday, March 6, at Raymond James Stadium. The career summit kicks off the team's She is Football Weekend, presented by Jabil, a two-day celebration that champions the Buccaneers' mission of developing 50,000 female leaders annually through the power of sport. Ambetter, Coca-Cola Beverages of Florida, PT Solutions and The Baldwin Group all serve as supporting sponsors for the weekend.
Featuring female leaders from a variety of industries, the one-day Career Summit is designed to create community, providing opportunities to connect with local and national female business leaders through intimate mentoring sessions. Exclusive, behind-the-scenes spaces — including the players' locker room, press box, and more — set the stage for small-group breakouts and new for 2026, dynamic main stage sessions from thought leaders, designed to spark ideas and actionable insights.
Andrews returns for the second-consecutive year after serving as part of last year's keynote session. One of the most prominent women in sports media, she works as the lead sideline reporter for the NFL on FOX, having been with the network since 2012. Originally from the Tampa area, she is also the founder of her own women's apparel line WEAR by Erin Andrews which has grown into one of the most successful women-owned fan apparel brands since its inception. In addition, she is the co-host of FOX's competition show, "99 To Beat" which premiered in the U.S. last year. She also served as a co-host for ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" for 11 seasons after previously competing on the show. Andrews spent eight years as a host for ESPN's "College Gameday" before joining FOX.
In its inaugural year, the She is Football Career Summit, presented by Fifth Third Bank, sold out weeks in advance, bringing together nearly 800 female leaders for a day of mentorship and connection.
She is Football Weekend, presented by Jabil, is a two-day celebration of girls and women throughout Tampa Bay. All are welcome on Saturday, March 7 for the She is Football 5K Run, Walk & Stroll at the AdventHealth Training Center. Runners and walkers of all levels are encouraged to participate, with a one mile and 5K option that takes you through the team's facilities — including Raymond James Stadium — and ends inside the AdventHealth Training Center Indoor Facility.
Saturday will also feature the She is Football Market showcasing local small businesses, as well as curated tours throughout the AdventHealth Training Center for girls to learn more about the roles available within a professional sports organization. Over the course of Friday and Saturday, Florida's top flag football talent will take the field in a two-day She is Football Invitational featuring eight of Florida's top high schools.
