The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will host their 2026 She is Football Weekend presented by Jabil from Friday, March 6 through Saturday March 7. The two-day event celebrates the 'She is Football' mission of developing 50,000 female leaders annually through the power of sports. Proceeds from the event will go towards programming to keep girls in sports to propel the next generation of leaders.
The celebration will start with the sold-out She is Football Career Summit, presented by Fifth Third Bank, at Raymond James Stadium. For the second-consecutive year, keynote speaker Erin Andrews will tape a live recording of her podcast, "Calm Down Podcast" with Bucs' wide receiver Chris Godwin serving as this year's special guest. Featuring female leaders from a variety of industries, the one-day Career Summit is designed to create community, providing opportunities to connect with local and national female business leaders through intimate mentoring sessions.
The sold-out She is Football 5K Run, Walk and Stroll will take place at the AdventHealth Training Center on March 7. Additionally on Saturday, there will be a She is Football Market and Festival curated by Mezzo Market, as well as tours throughout the AdventHealth Training Center for girls to learn about roles within a professional sports organization. During the two-day event, there will be a She is Football Flag Invitational with eight of Florida's top high schools participating in a bracket-style tournament on Friday and Saturday.
