The 6-4 Tampa Bay Buccaneers will take a second straight road trip in Week 12, this time to SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles to face the 8-2 Rams, who took over first place in the NFC West in Week 11. The game is scheduled for Sunday, November 23 in front of a national audience, with kickoff at 8:20 p.m. The Buccaneers are seeking to stop a two-game losing skid and stay atop the NFC South while the Rams will be trying to extend their own five-game winning streak.
Here are some additional numbers to know about the state of the Buccaneers and their 11th game of the 2025 campaign:
5
The combined interceptions thrown by Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield and Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford. Stafford (27-2) ranks second in the NFL in touchdown-interception ratio while Mayfield (17-3) ranks fourth. The Rams and Buccaneers are second and third in the NFL in interception rate on offense, at 0.59% and 0.88%, respectively.
7
The number of different starting offensive line combinations the Bucs have employed through the first 10 games of the season. A seventh lineup was needed in Week 11 at Buffalo after starting left guard Ben Bredeson went down with a hamstring injury the week before. Michael Jordan stepped in at left guard, while Dan Feeney has opened the last three games at right guard. Last season, Bredeson and Cody Mauch (now on season-ending injured reserve) started every game for the Buccaneers at the two guard spots and combined to play 2,357 of a possible 2,380 offensive snaps.
18
The number of "Havoc Plays" recorded by second-year defender Tykee Smith in his first season as a full-time starter at safety. As defined by TruMedia, Havoc plays combine tackles for loss, forced fumbles, interceptions, pass breakups and sacks. Smith is tied for fourth in the NFL in that category and is the only player in the top five who is not an edge rusher. Cleveland's Myles Garrett (26), the Giants' Brian Burns (26) and the Raiders' Maxx Crosby (23) are the only players with more, while Pittsburgh's T.J. Watt also has 18.
19
The number of carries Sean Tucker had in Week 11 against Buffalo, a career high. Tucker turned those 19 totes into 106 rushing yards and two touchdowns, recording the first 100-yard game by a Buccaneer back this season. He also added 34 yards and a touchdown on two receptions. Over the Bucs' last three games, Tucker has led the Bucs in rushing in each contest and has averaged 5.0 yards per carry while scoring four total touchdowns.
39
The number of rushing yards turned in by Baker Mayfield on five carries against Buffalo, several of them on designed runs, as he logged his most carries since Week Five and most rushing yards since Week Three. After rushing for 158 yards through the first six games of the season, Mayfield had zero runs in the next three outings combined as he worked his way through knee and oblique injuries.
54.7
The number of receiving yards Buccaneers wide receiver Emeka Egbuka needs to average per game over the final seven weeks of the season in order to become just the third rookie in team history to hit 1,000 yards. After catching five passes for 40 yards against the Bills, Egbuka is up to 717 on the season, second only to Carolina's Tetairoa McMillan among all rookies.
56.3
The percentage of third downs the Buccaneers' offense converted against Buffalo, going nine of 16. It marked the first time since a Week Five win in Seattle that the Bucs were successful on more than half of their third-down tries. Last season, the Buccaneers led the NFL and set a franchise single-season record with a 50.9% third-down conversion rate. It's worth noting that the Bucs were six for seven in that contest on third-down tries needing three or fewer yards and three of nine on the others. All six of the Bucs' short conversions were on running plays.
