WHO: Tampa Bay Buccaneers Quarterback Shaun King
WHAT: King will celebrate the holiday season with approximately 40 families whose children attend the Childs Park Recreation Center in St. Petersburg. When parents arrive at the center to pick up their kids, King will provide the families holiday food baskets that will include a turkey, potatoes, vegetables, fresh fruit, cookies, stuffing and dinner rolls.
Several of King's family members, including his mother and father, will join King in handing out the baskets.
WHEN: Friday, December 17
TIME: 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.
WHERE: Childs Park Recreation Center, 4301 13th Avenue South, St. Petersburg
DIRECTIONS: From Tampa, take I-275 south to the 5th Avenue North exit. Go right off the exit onto 5th Avenue. Take 5th Avenue to 34th Street (US 19) and go left. Go south on 34th Street to 5th Avenue South and turn right. Take 5th Avenue South to 43rd Street and turn left. Go to 13th Avenue South and turn right to get into the center's parking lot.
