The Tampa Bay Buccaneers today announced that the club has signed cornerbacks Kemon Hall and Chase Lucas, and defensive lineman Haggai Ndubuisi.
Hall (5-11, 190) has appeared in 28 career games between the Los Angeles Chargers, Dallas Cowboys and Tennessee Titans, and has also spent time with the Minnesota Vikings, New Orleans Saints and San Francisco 49ers. Serving primarily on special teams, Hall has recorded 519 special teams snaps and 14 special teams tackles in his career. In addition, Hall has accumulated 10 total tackles (two for loss), one fumble recovery and one quarterback hit on defense.
He originally entered the league as a college free agent with the Chargers following the 2019 NFL Draft. The Calhoun City, Mississippi, native played four collegiate seasons for Itawamba Community College (2015-16) and the University of North Texas (2017-18). During his time with the Mean Green, he appeared in 25 career games, starting in all appearances, finishing with 120 tackles (two for loss), 28 passes defensed, six interceptions and a forced fumble. Hall was a first-team All-Conference USA selection in 2018.
Lucas (5-11, 184) has appeared in 33 career games between the Detroit Lions and San Francisco 49ers, totaling five tackles, one pass defensed and one quarterback hit. He has also recorded 203 special teams snaps and six special teams tackles.
He originally entered the league as a seventh-round pick (No. 237 overall) by the Lions in the 2022 NFL Draft. The Chandler, Arizona, native played six collegiate seasons for Arizona State University (2016-21), appearing in 53 games with 49 starts, registering 223 tackles (12 for loss), 34 passes defensed, six interceptions, 2.0 sacks, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery. He was named second-team All-Pac-12 in 2017 and 2020, and Pac-12 All Conference honorable mention in 2021.
Ndubuisi (6-6, 298) has appeared in one career game for the Houston Texans in 2025, where he recorded one tackle. He has previously spent time with the Arizona Cardinals, Denver Broncos, Washington Commanders and New England Patriots. Ndubuisi originally entered the league as a participant in the NFL's International Player Pathway Program with the Cardinals in 2022.
The Nigeria native played soccer and basketball growing up before discovering football. He joined UpRise Academy in Ghana in 2021, which was founded by former NFL player Osi Umenyiora. Ndubuisi attended an NFL camp in London, during which he was invited to the International Player Pathway Program.
