The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be missing one of the key performers on the edge of their defensive front on Sunday, but they will have the services of a critical piece to their interior line. While outside linebacker Haason Reddick is inactive due to knee and ankle injuries suffered last Monday in Detroit, nose tackle Vita Vea has been cleared for action despite missing two practices this week with a foot ailment.

Reddick is one of four Buccaneers who will be unavailable on Sunday against the New Orleans Saints due to injury. Wide receiver Chris Godwin (fibula), guard Luke Haggard (shoulder) and running back Bucky Irving (foot/shoulder) are all inactive, as well. That, of course, does not include wide receiver Mike Evans, who was placed on injured reserve earlier this week due to a broken clavicle.

The Buccaneers will have three quarterbacks active on Sunday for the first time this season. Rookie Connor Bazelak was elevated from the practice squad on Saturday and would be available to make his NFL debut if needed. Both starter Baker Mayfield (knee) and reserve Teddy Bridgewater (teeth) were on this week's injury report, though they did not receive game status designations and are active, as well.

The Buccaneers and Saints submitted their list of inactives at 2:30 p.m. ET on Sunday, 90 minutes before the scheduled kickoff of their Week Eight meeting at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans. The Buccaneers elevated quarterback Connor Bazelak and outside linebacker Mohamed Kamara from their practice squad for the game and thus had to name seven inactives to get down to the game-day limit of 48. The Saints elevated linebacker Eku Leota from their practice squad and had to name six inactives.

The Saints have no players out due to injury.
