The Tampa Bay Buccaneers continued to build their 90-man offseason roster for 2026 on Friday, signing a trio of defenders in the days leading up to the NFL Draft. The three new additions are cornerbacks Kemon Hall and Chase Lucas and defensive lineman Haggai Ndubuisi, the lattermost of whom is a native of Nigeria and a product of the NFL's International Player Pathway Program.

The three additions on Friday followed the signings earlier in the week of three other NFL veterans: tackle Justin Skule, defensive lineman Rakeem Nuñez-Roches and wide receiver David Sills.

Hall most recently spent the second half of last season on the Tennessee Titans' practice squad and has appeared in 28 regular-season games for the Titans, Dallas Cowboys and Los Angeles Chargers. Lucas played for the San Francisco 49ers in 2025 and saw action in 15 games. Ndubuisi was on the Houston Texans' practice squad last season and appeared in one contest after a game day elevation.

Hall first entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent out of North Texas in 2019, signing with the Chargers and getting a brief stay on the practice squad. He later spent time on practice squads for the Minnesota Vikings, New Orleans Saints and Dallas Cowboys before returning to the Chargers as a waiver claim during the 2021 offseason. He made the active roster in Los Angeles that season and played in 16 games, contributing seven tackles, a fumble recovery and a quarterback hit. Hall played two more games for the Chargers in 2022, then was waived with an injury designation in training camp the following year, eventually landing on the San Francisco 49ers' practice squad in November. He returned to the Cowboys as a waiver claim in the summer of 2024 and saw action in six games, recording seven tackles. Last year, he got into four games with the Titans and made nine tackles, including two for losses.

Lucas was originally a seventh-round draft pick out of Arizona State by the Detroit Lions in 2022. He made Detroit's roster as a rookie and got into 18 games over the next two seasons, contributing six tackles. During the 2024 offseason, he signed with the 49ers and ended up on the practice squad for the entire campaign, before making San Francisco's active roster in 2025. In his 15 games played last season, Lucas amassed nine tackles, a pass defensed and a quarterback hit.

Ndubuisi first participated in the International Player Pathway Program in 2022 and was allocated to the Arizona Cardinals as an offensive tackle. He saw action in one preseason game before being released by Arizona in August. The following season, he returned to the NFL through the IPPP, this time going to the Denver Broncos as a defensive lineman. He spent the 2023 campaign on Denver's practice squad, then signed with Washington in 2024 and landed on the Commanders' practice squad for the balance of that season.
