The San Francisco 49ers will travel to Tampa Bay to take on the Buccaneers in Week Six at Raymond James Stadium. Last season, San Francisco dropped seven of their final eight contests and missed the playoffs. The Niners spent most of the 2024 season without Christian McCaffrey, Brandon Aiyuk and Trent Williams due to a rash of injuries. San Francisco spent the early rounds of the 2025 NFL Draft boosting their defense with edge Mykel Williams (11), defensive tackle Alfred Collins (43), linebacker Nick Martin (75), cornerback Upton Stout (100) and defensive tackle CJ West (113). The 49ers will strive to get back to dominance in the NFC with a win over the Buccaneers in 2025.
