Week 4 marked the first time since Week 13 of the 2024 season that Mayfield generated a passer rating below 93.0, snapping the longest-such streak (eight games) in the NFL.
Mayfield's two passing touchdowns in Week 4 came on a 77-yard completion to WR Emeka Egbuka and a 72-yard completion to RB Bucky Irving, marking the first time in Mayfield's career that he's thrown multiple touchdown passes of 70-or-more yards in a single game.

In Week 16 at Carolina, completed 18-of-26 passes (69.2%) for 145 yards andone touchdown with one interception for a 79.8 passer rating. His 69.2% completion rate was his third-highest mark in a game this year.
Mayfield added a season-high 45 yards on the ground across four carries in Week 16, averaging 12.3 yards per rush – his highest in a single game this season. Through Week 16, Mayfield's 7.0 yards per carry led all quarterbacks with at least 40 rushing attempts.
In Week 17 at Miami, completed 33-of-44 passes (75.0%) for 346 yards and two touchdowns, earning a 93.6 passer rating. His 75.0% completion percentage and 346 passing yards each marked his second-highest outputs in a game in 2025, while his 33 completions were his most in a game in 2025 and the second-most of his career.
With his two passing touchdowns in Week 17, Mayfield recorded his fifth season with 25+ passing touchdowns since entering the league in 2018, tied for the fourth-most in the NFL over that span and trailing only Patrick Mahomes (seven), Josh Allen (six) and Aaron Rodgers (six).
In the Week 18 win over Carolina, completed 16-of-22 passes (72.7%) for 203 yards and one touchdown with one interception to produce a 97.3 passer rating. He added four carries for 31 rushing yards on the night.
With his 31 rushing yards in Week 18, Mayfield increased his season total to a career-high 382 rushing yards.
